Nella mattinata odierna, i Carabinieri della Compagnia di Marsala e del N.O.E. di Palermo, con la collaborazione dei militari della Sezione di Polizia Giudiziaria – Aliquota CC presso la locale Procura della Repubblica, hanno proceduto all’esecuzione del decreto di sequestro preventivo – emesso dal Giudice per le indagini preliminari di Marsala su richiesta della Procura della Repubblica per i reati di Inquinamento Ambientale ed Attività di gestione rifiuti non autorizzata – dell’impianto di compostaggio della SICILFERT S.R.L., sito nella contrada Maimone del Comune di Marsala.
A seguito dell’esecuzione del sequestro preventivo, la gestione della SICILFERT è stata affidata ad un amministratore giudiziario, il quale avrà il compito di sanare – ove possibile – le irregolarità riscontrate onde consentirne – attesa la rilevanza pubblica dell’attività esercitata – il corretto funzionamento.
