Al Comitato No Marine Resort non è stato negato alcun accesso agli atti. Con una nota del 27 settembre 2019, infatti, ho risposto che, in ossequio al principio di trasparenza e ad uno spirito di reale collaborazione, acconsentivo, presso la Casa Comunale, alla Presidente, assieme al direttivo del Comitato, l’ostensione delle note prodotte dalla società “Marina Bay S.r.L.”. Il 28 di ottobre il Comitato, non soddisfatto della risposta, ha inviato una nota al Segretario Comunale a scavalco chiedendo il riesame della loro istanza. Relativamente alla scadenza dei termini entro i quali il Segretario dovrà rispondere al Comitato, questi non risultano ad oggi ancora scaduti e sicuramente la risposta arriverà entro la scadenza prevista per legge.
Dopo il 14 agosto, giorno in cui è stata rinviata la conferenza di servizi, l’amministrazione comunale ha incontrato una sola volta la Società “Marina Bay S.r.L.” che ha ribadito, dopo averlo fatto formalmente con una nota inviata il 31 luglio scorso, la sua disponibilità a riproporre un nuovo master plan. Come ho già dichiarato il 2 agosto con una nota ufficiale e con un video su facebook- e ribadito a settembre allo stesso Comitato No Marine Resort, che nel frattempo si è costituito-, nel momento in cui avremo da parte della Società Marina Bay degli atti formali, li esamineremo come giunta, assieme agli uffici, ai legali e consulenti, che la mia amministrazione ha incaricato, li discuteremo con l’intero Consiglio Comunale e, una volta affrontata la proposta con gli Organi Istituzionali, prima di esprimere un parere definitivo, faremo una riunione pubblica per discuterla con tutta la cittadinanza, le associazioni di categoria, compreso il Comitato No Marine Resort.
Tutto il resto è solo politica strumentale e faziosa, fatta per incrementare i like della proprie pagine social. La nostra amministrazione comunale, che ha realmente a cuore la tutela dell’ambiente, il rispetto delle regole ed è contraria a qualsiasi forma di cementificazione selvaggia, si è espressa fin dal suo insediamento contro il progetto “Marina Resort”, presentato a gennaio del 2018 che, oltretutto, non esiste più e non è, quindi, più oggetto di discussione. Proprio a seguito della motivata contrarietà espressa dalla nostra amministrazione, la società “Marina Bay” ha comunicato la volontà di presentare una nuova bozza di master plan progettuale e urbanistico chiedendo di spostare la data della programmata conferenza di servizi. La bozza, fino a questo momento, non è stata ancora presentata, pertanto non può essere oggetto di alcuna comunicazione né di discussione».
