La nuova struttura verrà gestita dall’Istituzione “Marsala Schola”
E’ ufficiale. Sabato prossimo, 16 novembre, alle ore 10,30 verrà inaugurato il nuovo Asilo Nido di contrada Sant’Anna.
La struttura sarà inaugurata dal Sindaco Alberto Di Girolamo e da Anna Maria Angileri, assessore alla Pubblica Istruzione e all’Edilizia Scolastica. Saranno presenti autorità civili, militari e religiose.
“E’ con grande soddisfazione che annunciamo l’apertura di questo nuovo asilo nido volto ad agevolare principalmente la comunità marsalese che risiede nella zona sud del territorio – precisa il Sindaco Alberto Di Girolamo. Diamo così l’opportunità a diverse famiglie di potere portare i bambini da zero a tre anni in questo asilo moderno e funzionale. In programma vi è anche l’apertura di un nuovo nido nel versante nord ”.
E’ l’importanza dell’avvio di questo nuovo edificio adibito ad asilo viene sottolineata dall’Assessore Anna Maria Angileri che parla anche di “impegno onorato”.
“Abbiamo mantenuto la nostra promessa – precisa la titolare della delega alla Pubblica Istruzione. Il welfare femminile si costruisce così, offrendo alle donne servizi e opportunità di lavoro”.
I lavori, inerenti il riadattamento e l’ampliamento di un immobile già insistente nella stessa contrada Sant’Anna, per adibirlo ad asilo nido sono stati possibili grazie a un finanziamento di oltre 800.000 euro concessi dalla Regione. La struttura verrà coordinata dall’Istituzione “Marsala Schola” diretta da Maria Celona con l’ausilio del personale multidisciplinare di una cooperativa.
