Tre scuolabus in servizio a Marsala sono guasti causando disagi da un lato alle famiglie che devono rinunciare al passaggio a scuola per i propri figli, dall’altro ai lavoratori che vedono scendere le proprie ore di servizio.
Il segretario generale della Uil Trasporti Trapani Giuseppe Tumbarello ha segnalato l’accaduto all’amministrazione comunale marsalese, chiedendo un incontro urgente al sindaco Alberto Di Girolamo.
“E’ necessario – afferma il sindacalista – trovare soluzioni adeguate a quella che è una situazione, che tra alti e bassi, va avanti da troppo tempo. Bisogna mettere intorno a un tavolo rappresentanti del Comune e dell’azienda che ha in appalto il servizio di trasporto scolastico, la Global service mobility, poiché non è la prima volta che si assiste a questo tipo di disservizi. Già nei mesi passati erano state sollevate perplessità sulla vetustà dei mezzi e sulla probabile mancanza di revisione per alcuni di essi. Chiediamo che venga formalizzato un impegno per il miglioramento del servizio; vorremmo altresì che l’azienda GSM fornisse maggiori garanzie sulla regolarità degli stipendi per i 16 autisti e i 21 assistenti in servizio. Attendiamo pertanto fiduciosi – conclude Tumbarello – la convocazione di un incontro”.
