Il Comune di Marsala aderisce all’invito del Ministero per l’Istruzione, volto a promuovere per Venerdì prossimo – 27 Settembre – una mobilitazione cittadina sotto lo slogan “Sì istruzione, no estinzione”. Nel darne comunicazione alle Scuole del territorio, il sindaco Alberto Di Girolamo e l’assessore Anna Maria Angileri hanno promosso una manifestazione ambientale che vuole sensibilizzare i giovani al rispetto dell’ambiente e allo sviluppo sostenibile, nonché a lottare contro i cambiamenti climatici. Una mobilitazione che, in quella giornata – in sinergia con alcune Associazioni del territorio – intende coinvolgere anche i cittadini nel corteo che si snoderà per le vie del centro, con raduno in piazza F. Pizzo alle ore 9. Seguirà un momento di riflessione in piazza Della Repubblica (ore 11 circa), con eventuali interventi degli studenti. Questi, tra l’altro, nel corso della settimana hanno sviluppato spazi di discussione assieme ai docenti, realizzando altresì striscioni e cartelloni in tema ambientale, in sintonia con l’evento di Venerdì prossimo. Per tale giornata, inoltre, l’utilizzo dei bus urbani sarà gratuito per tutte le linee.
